4. Fees & Payments

4.2 Disbursements
Out-of-pocket disbursements (including filing fees, regulatory charges, and expert fees) are payable in addition to our professional fees and will be set out in billing statements.

Invoices are payable within 30 days of issue, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to suspend work on a matter where invoices remain outstanding beyond this period.
